Lumena is OMNIYAT’s upcoming flagship commercial tower in Business Bay, designed to set a new benchmark for high-end office real estate on Dubai Mainland. The tower’s name reflects its concept: inspired by Lumen – the Latin reference to illumination – and Ena, a Japanese name associated with blessings, Lumena conveys the idea of calm strength and refined brilliance. This philosophy is expressed through a futuristic silhouette, panoramic glazing, and elevated terraces that add a distinctive vertical character to the building and reinforce its landmark presence in the Business Bay skyline.
