Founded in 2020, the company manages digital assets and develops investment strategies in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector, focusing on stable, risk-managed returns. As part of its Middle East expansion, it was seeking a compact, high-spec office in Downtown to serve as a regional representative base — the selected space at OBC Emaar Square met key criteria, including central location, strong infrastructure, and panoramic views.
OBC Emaar Square is a Grade A business center in Downtown Dubai, just steps from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Part of the Emaar Square complex, the 8-storey building offers flexible layouts, premium finishes and a full range of amenities including cafes, conference space, retail, and reception services. The total office area spans 140,000 sq. ft.
