  • Size. Like everything anywhere else, the bigger the space, the higher the cost. For example, a small property sized 13.7 m² will go on the market for approximately 9.000 AED/month, but a massive property of 178m² can go as high as nearly 100.000 AED/month in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Location. More convenient and popular areas will always have a higher cost compared to less advanced or further from the town center regions. Mentioned before, the 178m² property is located in Business Bay, Dubai, but is nearly the same monthly price as the commercial property sized 102m², located in Jumeirah Lake Towers;
  • Furnished or shell. Furnished property will always be higher in price compared to an unfurnished variant of the same size, because its monthly cost already partially includes the price of all the furniture installed. This may be a convenient use of money, but often restricts the way your future space will look and operate.

With that in consideration, the monthly cost of administrative property relies on several key factors, but may also slightly differ depending on additional reasons such as the construction company, the floor in a skyscraper, security levels or alternative features of property.
